With a membership cap of just 25-30 people and no more than 3 people training at a time, every session is coach-led and tailored to your goals. You won’t feel lost, uncertain, or like just another number.

FAQs
We’re not a commercial gym, we’re a private studio with a capped membership, so you’ll never deal with crowds or waiting for equipment.
Every session is coach-led, every member is supported, and every program is personalised.
It’s a welcoming, ego-free environment where real people come to train, feel better, and build consistency that lasts.
Semi-private personal training gives you the same level of personalisation and coaching, but in a shared environment with up to 2–3 other people training alongside you.
You still follow your own individual program and get plenty of coaching attention, the only difference is that others are doing their own tailored workouts at the same time.
It’s the perfect balance between individual attention, flexibility, and value, giving you high-quality coaching without the full cost of one-to-one sessions.
In semi-private training, each person follows their own program, designed specifically for their goals, ability, and schedule.
In small group training, the group follows the same workout, led by a coach, but with individual coaching and form corrections.
Semi-private training is more personalised, it’s about your plan, your progress, and your accountability.
Small group training is more about shared structure and energy, and it’s ideal for people who enjoy the motivation of training alongside others.

Every member starts at their own pace, and every program is tailored to their current ability.
Whether you’re returning to exercise after a long break or starting for the first time, we’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently.
Every session is coached, structured, and tailored to your personal plan. But generally, every session starts with 3–5 minutes on the bike or rower to get your heart rate up and blood flowing.
From there, we move down to the mat for some mobility drills, designed to loosen you up and prepare your body for what’s ahead.
Once you’re warm, we’ll guide you through your personalised strength and conditioning block, built around your goals and ability.
No random workouts here, every exercise has a purpose, and every session moves you closer to where you want to be.
Our membership pricing varies depending on how many face-to-face sessions you’d like each week and how long you choose to commit for.
The idea is simple, the more frequently you train and the longer you commit, the lower your cost per session.
Most of our members pay between £28 and £40 per session, depending on their plan.
If you’d like to try us out first, we also offer a 28-Day Kickstart Membership at a reduced rate. It’s a great way to experience our coaching, see how we work, and start building momentum before committing to a longer-term membership.
You’re in safe hands. With over 20 years of experience training people from all walks of life, we’re used to working with a wide range of injuries and medical conditions.
We can adapt your workouts, work around limitations, or even include rehabilitation-focused exercises where appropriate.
Our approach is always tailored to you, helping you move safely, build strength, and regain confidence in your body.
And if something ever falls outside our scope, we’ve got a trusted network of physios, osteopaths, and medical professionals we can refer you to for extra support.
Once you sign up, we’ll book your consultation and movement assessment. This helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, and starting point.
From there, we’ll design a personalised training plan and coach you every step of the way.
You’ll also get access to our app to track progress, log sessions, and stay connected between workouts.
